FAQs

  • Will my claim be handled by the same person from beginning to end?

In most cases, you’ll work with the same person once the claim is assigned. We believe there is significant value in having one claims associate handle a case from beginning to end. However, we also believe it’s important to match the case to the talent, so if the severity or complexity of a claim unexpectedly increases, we will reassign the claim to another member of the claims team who specializes in severe or complex case management.

  • Do you investigate suspected insurance fraud?

Absolutely. Insurance fraud impacts everyone by driving up insurance premiums. Our Special Investigation Unit evaluates and pursues suspected fraudulent insurance claims.

  • What’s my deductible?

Your deductible is the amount you'll pay out of pocket before your insurance coverage starts paying. When you purchased insurance, you selected deductibles for certain coverages, such as commercial property or general liability. Give us a call and we can let you know how much your deductible is for the coverages you have.
